# Internet Traffic Log

การเข้าหน้า Web ผ่านทาง Interface ของ WAN (ตามการตั้งค่าการติดตั้ง DHCP หรือ Static IP ) หรือ ผ่าน LAN Interface ของ Server ดังนี้

 ค่า Default ของ admin คือ Username : logadmin , Password : imsi

หลังจาก login สำเร็จจะพบกับฟังก์ชั่นต่างๆ สำหรับผู้ดูแลข้อมูลระบบดังนี้

**Change Password**

     สามารถเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านผู้ใช้งานได้ โดยกดที่ Login as และเลือก Change Password

### Search

      หน้า Internet Traffic Log Search มีไว้เพื่อแสดงบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของระบบ โดยจะแสดงบันทึกข้อมูลที่มีการรับส่งผ่านระบบออกมาในตาราง

**รายละเอียดหน้า Internet Traffic Log Search**

      หน้า Internet Traffic Log Search แสดงตารางข้อมูลการรับส่งข้อมูลของระบบ โดยมีทั้งหมด 3 ส่วน ดังนี้

1. Search Condition: แถบสำหรับจำกัดการแสดงข้อมูลในตาราง โดยต้องกำหนดวันที่ของข้อมูลก่อน จากนั้นจึงสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะจำกัดข้อมูล ด้วยเงื่อนไขอะไรบ้าง เงื่อนไขที่กำหนดได้มีดังนี้

       1.1 Select Date: กำหนดวันที่ของข้อมูลที่ต้องการแสดงออกมา

       1.2 VLAN: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย VLAN ของผู้ใช้งาน

       1.3 Time Range: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วยเวลาที่มีการรับส่งข้อมูล

       1.4 Source IP Address: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย IP Address ของต้นทางการติดต่อ

       1.5 Destination IP Address: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย IP Address ของปลายทางการติดต่อ

       1.6 Username: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย Username ของผู้ใช้งาน

       1.7 MAC Address: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย MAC Address ของผู้ใช้งาน

       1.8 Protocol: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย Protocol ที่ใช้งาน

       1.9 Destination Port: จำกัดข้อมูลด้วย Port ปลายทางของการติดต่อ

   2\. Search Result: แถบแสดงเงื่อนไขการจำกัดข้อมูลในปัจจุบัน และแสดงจำนวนข้อมูลในตาราง

   3\. ตาราง Traffic List: ตารางแสดงข้อมูลข้อมูลที่ถูกรับส่งผ่านระบบ ข้อมูลในตารางจะถูกแสดงออกมาครั้งละ 1 ชั่วโมง ไม่สามารถแสดงข้อมูลครั้งละหลายชั่วโมงได้ สามารถเรียงลำดับข้อมูลในตารางได้โดยการกดที่หัวตาราง ข้อมูลในตารางมีดังนี้

    3.1 Timestamp: วันเวลาที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลนี้

    3.2 Source IP: IP Address ต้นทางของข้อมูล

    3.3 Destination IP: IP Address ปลายทางของข้อมูล

    3.4 Username: Username ของผู้ใช้งาน

    3.5 MAC Address: MAC Address ของผู้ใช้งาน

    3.6 VLAN: VLAN ของผู้ใช้งาน

    3.7 Protocol: Protocol ของข้อมูล

    3.8 Destination Port: Port ปลายทางของข้อมูล

### Download

       หน้า Internet Traffic Log Download มีไว้เพื่อทำการ Download ข้อมูล Traffic Log มาเก็บไว้ รายละเอียดของ Log ที่ Download ได้จะเป็นข้อมูลดิบที่ถูกจัดเก็บในระบบ ทำให้มีความละเอียดมากกว่าที่แสดงอยู่ในหน้า Internet Traffic Log Search

**รายละเอียดหน้า Internet Traffic Log Download**

      หน้า Internet Traffic Log Download มีไว้สำหรับให้ผู้ดูแลทำการ Download ข้อมูล Log เพื่อเก็บแยกไว้ หรือเพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลโดยละเอียดยิ่งขึ้น การใช้งานต้องเลือกวันที่ของข้อมูลก่อน ระบบจะแสดงข้อมูล Log ของวันนั้นแยกเป็นรายชั่วโมงสำหรับ Download มีทั้งหมด 3 ส่วน คือ

1. Date Selector: ช่องสำหรับกำหนดวันที่ของข้อมูลที่แสดง

   3\. Log List: ตารางแสดง Log ของแต่ละชั่วโมงสำหรับ Download ข้อมูลในตารางมีดังนี้

       3.1 Log Time: แสดงเวลาของ Log

       3.2 MD5: แสดงข้อมูล MD5 ของ Log โดยข้อมูล MD5 นี้มีไว้เพื่อผู้ดูแลตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล หากข้อมูลที่ Download ไปมีผลการคำนวณ MD5 ไม่เหมือนกับในตาราง แสดงว่าข้อมูลมีการสูญหายระหว่างการ Download หรือข้อมูลได้ถูกแก้ไข ควรทำการ Download ข้อมูลใหม่

       3.3 File Size: แสดงขนาด File ของข้อมูล Log

       3.4 Download: ปุ่มสำหรับ Download ในแต่ละบรรทัด

**ข้อแนะนำในการสำรองข้อมูลและตรวจสอบพื้นที่คงเหลือ Hard disk**

     เนื่องจากระบบมีการเก็บ Log การใช้งานตาม พรบ คอมพิวเตอร์ไว้ใน เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์โดยมี ระยะเวลาในการเก็บ Log เป็นระยะเวลา 90 วัน ผู้ดูแลข้อมูลสามารถดำเนินการสำรองข้อมูลเพื่อ ป้องกันข้อมูลสูญหายอันเนื่องจากอุปกรณ์ Hardware ชำรุด หรือสำรองข้อมูลไว้ในกรณีที่ต้องการเก็บ Log มากกว่า 90 วันได้โดยการ Download ข้อมูล Internet Traffic Log มาเก็บไว้ยังเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องอื่น ทั้งนี้สามารถเช็คปริมาณพื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลคงเหลือจากเมนู System Status และ แนะนำให้มีการตั้งค่าการแจ้งเตือนหากพื้นที่ Hard disk คงเหลือต่ำกว่าค่าที่กำหนดได้จาก Alert Configuration โดยสามารถแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Line หรือ Email ของผู้ดูแลระบบ
